Mystic Rose - Mystic Heart

Image
Rose Nebula The Mystic Rose is the Heart of the l over, the s eeker, the f inder of the Beloved; The Mystic Rose opens and unfolds by the touch of Spirit; Breath is the touch of spirit on the body. To open the heart is to open the door way to subtle perceptions of the One Reality - this is awakening , Awakening never ends. Within the Mystic Heart exists 3 subtle centers (Latifa):  1. Qalbia, the soul - Left side of chest around the Physical Heart; 2. Ruhia, the spirit - Right side of chest behind the right breast area; 3. Sirria, the secret of the heart - Center of chest between the other two. Activate these subtle centers by gently breathing in and out through each until you f eel it come alive and open with the touch of your breath-spirit. The Mystic Rose is the symbol of the heart of Rasul, the unbroken light of Prophetic consciousness.  In the stillness a fter this practice, you may feel that presence, and if you do, you may wish to affirm: Rasul-Ma...

The Spirit of Christ-Mass

Image
The birth of Jesus the Christ was, as with all Prophets, a great light and blessing for the consciousness and spiritual evolution of humanity.    What was set in motion by the physical presence of each Prophet is ever evolving.   The holiday of Christ-Mass, the celebration of Jesus Christ, offers a special energy for opening our hearts to attune to the spirit of this great being. It is not actually the birth date of Jesus but never-the-less, the time of the Winter Solstice does hold much of what Christ gave to humanity: Renewal, Rebirth, the return of the Son! The ever-living Christ spirit also brings to us incorruptible Faith, Strength, Certainty and Knowing of the One Reality (Abba, Father). Most remarkably, through Fana-fi-Rasul , Christ gave to humanity a new stage of spiritual evolution - 'to be one with the Father as I am one with the Father'.  A Prophet's consciousness and life is one with t...

End of the Mayan Calendar

Image
Not the end of the world... but the end of something significant. Think about it, our calendar governs so much of our lives, what if it ended? It is not the end of that part of our world governed by the calendar? Would it bring freedom - maybe, would it bring chaos - maybe.  It would definitely be an ending of an old world view and all the frames of consciousness which that entails, and it is definitely a force for a new beginning. It is not an accident that it occurred on the Winter Solstice of 2012, not an accident at all, for at this time there is a tremendously powerful impulse and flow of light and energy coming into the collective consciousness of humanity.  The impetus of this is to take away the limitations of the past and enable a new world of possibilities for the future. So, from a certain point of view, the end of the Mayan Calendar is the end of  "a" world - but with every ending comes a new beginning! Cheers!

First Day of a Very Special New Year

Image
Day 1 , Post Winter Solstice 2012 ; Day 1, Post Yule ; Day 1 Post End of the Mayan Calendar. Happy New Year to you, Happy Birthday to the new year - for this is the true solar beginning of the new year in our hemisphere of life on the planet. There is a very strong energy occurring right now, ushered in with the Solstice!  It is absolutely sheeting away limitations and karmic entanglements from our consciousness, the limitations of the past both individually and collectively. You can actually feel this if you just sit, relax and become still - the energy will help you become still.  What you will feel is a tremendous flow of energy - let go and let it flow, flow, flow. Some of us, for awhile, may feel a lot of emotions, memories, and thoughts arising like a phantasmagoria of our past.  You may watch these go by but try not to grasp on to them, let them flow - they are flowing to a higher level of integration withi...

The Life of the Seasons

Image
Oh, how they enrapture and enfold us in their unique rhythms and dynamic harmonies; how they incite deep personal memories and yet also an archetypal nostalgia akin to the very flow of creation itself.  They are the rhythmic breathing of the solar system which is part of a greater cosmic breath. The dance of life!  Each season itself breaths - they arrive announcing themselves, manifesting via a Jelali Exhalation and they depart quietly in the fullness of a Jemali Inhalation.  Each season enters with a purpose and departs in a fulfillment of purpose!  The fullness of their departure is an inhalation into a seed state, an Akashic state, that is imprinted with new evolutionary information that becomes the seed which is nurtured and grows into the next season.  The seed of the previous season is grown by the next season, it is the same seed, yet different, evolving and evolving! This evolutionary ...

Essene Communions with the Infinite

Image
Many "Communions" were received and given by the Essenes. They were prayers but more because they connected one directly to an aspect of the Divine Consciousness. Jesus (or Eashoa in Aramaic) said of the Communions, as recorded in the Unknown Books of the Essene Gospel of Peace (E. Szekely) : " The Holy Temple can be built only with the ancient Communions: Those which are spoken, those which are thought, and those which are lived. For if they are spoken only with the mouth, they are as a dead hive which the bees have forsaken, that gives no more honey. The Communions are a bridge between man and the angels." I would like to share three beautiful Communions given by Edmond Szekely, an Essene of our time; these are Communions that bring us in touch with the Life-Stream, Sound-Stream, and Light-Stream . Jesus (Eashoa) clearly spoke of the importance of these particular Communions: " I tell you truly, your body was made not only to breathe, and eat...

Light Bearers - Essene Children of Light

Image
The Earth at Night The Essene Brother/Sisterhood were called "Children of Light". The order was deeply connected to nature, light and was a healing order. Its source is ancient and deeply rooted, according to Edmond Szekely (1905–1979) a modern day Essene and a translator of the Essene Gospels of Peace...   They lived in the desert, on the shore of an ocean of sand. They came to this burning wasteland because it was less cruel than the persecution they suffered from their fellow man. And in the barren desert they planted a garden which grew and flourished for many hundreds of years.  They guarded among them the most ancient knowledge and the greatest treasure of holiness the world had ever known. They were the Brotherhood of the Essenes.  Even they were not sure of their origins, so lost in time was the memory of their beginnings. Moses had been one of them, and the prophets of old. The Children of Light of ancient Sumeria were of their blood, and healers and ...

Life: A Hall of Mirrors

Image
What you focus upon you become. You are more what you 'think you are' than you think you are. – Sufi Amin The first and the last lesson for one on the spiritual path of awakening is the cosmic law that consciousness is a mirror. Like a mirror, we become what we reflect. The more constant the impression reflected, the deeper the imprint.   Hazrat Inayat Khan: “The different minds in the world may be likened to various mirrors, capable of projecting reflections, and reflecting all that falls upon them. No one, however great in wisdom and power, can claim to be free from influences. It is like the mirror claiming, 'I do not reflect all that fails upon me.' Only the difference between the wise and the foolish is that the wise man turns his back to what he must not reflect; the foolish not only reflects the undesirable thought, but most proudly owns to it.”   Add to this the interaction between mirrors and we find we are living in a 'hall of mir...

Practices to Harness the Power of the Mind and Feelings

Image
When the mind and body are restless, nothing in life can be accomplished. Success is the result of control.   Hazrat Inayat Khan Affirmation : My mind is still, my thought is steady, my sight is keen, my life is balanced. Hazrat Inayat Khan Use any of these practices to give you the power to become who you are and what you want to be! 1.      Kasab or Pranayama – Develop Balance, freedom, centered emotions Press your right thumb to close the right nostril, inhale through the left nostril. Feel your energy rising up the left side of the spine, transmuting it as it rises. Press the left finger so that both nostrils are closed; hold your breath 3 – 5 heartbeats. Then exhale through the right nostril, bringing the energy down. Now press your left finger closing the left nostril, breath in through the right nostril, drawing energy up through the right side of the spinal cord; hold your breath; then exhale through the left nostril, bringing...

Transmuting Darkness into Light

Image
Often in the course of our lives, particularly when the ‘mirror of our consciousness’ becomes clear from spiritual practice, we start to pick up a lot of heavy emotions in our auras.   We may not even recognize these as coming from outside ourselves and therefore attribute them to “I”:   Why am “I” feeling depressed, angry, confused, fearful, exhausted, etc.     These heavy emotions manifest in our mental-emotional bodies from outside, from there they can sink into our etheric body and finally, even into our physical bodies. The heavy energy or emotion we pick up comes to us because: (a) of an affinity with our own mental-emotional tendencies; or (b) from individuals we are close to such as family, loved ones, a group we are connected with, or even from the city we live in. No matter where these emotions come from, how we handle them is essentially the same: the first step is to recognize them; the second, to honestly ask if they are mine or not min...

Slipping Into Light

Image
These two wonderful practices arose from the collective inspiration of a group Light Bearers. SLIPPING INTO LIGHT - PART 1 Experience Light Slipping into your body. Feel the areas of your body where you would normally not be aware of light, such as between the fingers, between the toes, under the chin, in the back of the knees, and elsewhere.   Now relax and be aware of light entering these places of the body… feel the light slipping into the space between the fingers, behind the knees, inside the elbow, behind the ears, and everywhere else it manages to slip in.   Allow the light to slip in to unexpected places of your being.   You find that experiencing light is no longer an active encounter that you must do, but instead a receptive experience of allowing the light to slip in wherever it may. SLIPPING INTO LIGHT - PART 2 Experience Light Slipping into Hot Spots of the World, Places of Turmoil .   Think of an area of the world that is ...
