Mystic Rose - Mystic Heart

The Mystic Rose opens and unfolds by the touch of Spirit;
Breath is the touch of spirit on the body.
To open the heart is to open the door way to subtle perceptions of the One Reality - this is awakening, Awakening never ends.
Within the Mystic Heart exists 3 subtle centers (Latifa):
1. Qalbia, the soul - Left side of chest around the Physical Heart;
2. Ruhia, the spirit - Right side of chest behind the right breast area;
3. Sirria, the secret of the heart - Center of chest between the other two.
Activate these subtle centers by gently breathing in and out through each until you feel it come alive and open with the touch of your breath-spirit.
The Mystic Rose is the symbol of the heart of Rasul, the unbroken light of Prophetic consciousness.
In the stillness after this practice, you may feel that presence, and if you do, you may wish to affirm: Rasul-Maqbul. Pir Zia Inayat Khan has said of this: With Rasul we attune to spirit of guidance, the awakened human; and Maqbul, which signifies the accepted one, we accept the messenger (rasul) and open ourself to be an
expression of that message.

which was not clear to him, or for a moment seemed different to him, is now
right and clear. For the prophet is a living light, a light which is greater in
power than the sun. The light of the sun can only make things clear to the
