Earth, Water, Fire, Air - Practicing with the Elements

Earth -  is our posture and movement;
Water - the flowing of our breath;
Fire -    the light of our aura;
Air -      the fragrance of our atmosphere.

Verily where Earth, Water, Fire and Air meet, that place is holy.
