White Tara
White Tara is a female Bodhisattva who embodies the motivation of
Compassion, being known as Compassionate Mother of Long Life. Her
blessing, to those who ask her, will bestow long life, good fortune, and
wisdom. It is said "living beings receive Tara blessings as swiftly as
the wind moves because she is the manifestation of the wind element of
all Buddhas." White Tara gives to us so that we might give to the world.
By thinking like this, we can solve our problems, experience a
peaceful, happy mind all the time, and become a source of inspiration
for everyone we meet.
